Ski World Support Center

Everything you need to know about your gear, orders, and mountain prep.

How do I choose the correct ski length for my height and skill level?

Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter skis for better control, while advanced skiers may prefer longer skis for stability at high speeds. Check our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page for specific brand recommendations.

Do you offer professional binding mounting services?

Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from Ski World, you can provide your boot sole length (in mm) and skier profile during checkout, and our certified technicians will mount them for a small fee before shipping.

What is your return policy for winter apparel and equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, once bindings have been mounted to skis, they are considered a custom build and are no longer eligible for return.

How long does shipping take for oversized items like snowboards and skis?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of equipment, these items are shipped via specialized ground carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.

Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Absolutely. As an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, every product is covered by the full manufacturer's warranty against defects. This typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and product category.

Do you ship internationally for ski trips abroad?

Currently, Ski World ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the equipment.
